Postnatal Yoga
Join us for physiotherapist-guided, 60 min, yoga class specifically designed for mums & bubs in the first 6-12 months after delivery.
Each week, classes will gently build on strength and mobility, and bring balance to the body and mind in the postnatal period. Shapes and movement sequences are thoughtfully planned to include bub throughout the session, to provide stimulation for baby as well.
All you need is a yoga mat, baby blanket (& some toys), pillow or yoga bolster, and a water bottle.
Optional: massage oil or lotion which is labelled as safe for baby’s skin.

Cost $28 per class
Rebates may be available from private health funds.
You can now book your Bumpity Bump Pregnancy Pilates classes via our book online page at group sessions, select "Postnatal Yoga Class" then select the date you would like to attend and book in.
If your preferred class is not visible it may be FULL so please contact us and we can check availability for you.
Please also check our online bookings regularly in case a class placement becomes available from a cancellation.
Medical
We strongly recommend all of our mums to book a Pregnancy Pelvic Floor INITIAL Consultation at Bumpity Bump Physio where we will do a full Continence & Pelvic Health Assessment to check your pelvic floor muscle technique and to make sure your body is ready for exercise. Any concerns that we have we can liaise directly with your medical or health team.
