Pregnancy Yoga

Join us for physiotherapist-led, 60 min, pregnancy yoga class. Run in the evenings to fit with busy schedules, you will be guided through a series of shapes and movements paired with breathwork and meditation techniques that are especially beneficial for pregnancy.

Appropriate for pregnant women with any level of yoga experience, including first-timers, you will leave class feeling nurtured and restored. Please let the physiotherapist know at the start of class if you have any specific concerns that may impact you during class, so that suggestions for alternatives can be made.

You are welcome to start once you are more than 14 weeks pregnant and any level of fitness is fine - all you need is a pillow, yoga mat, water bottle. Also recommended: 1x yoga bolster, 1-2 x yoga blocks.

Optional: eye pillow, hand cream

Please note, we are currently not running these classes.

Cost $28 per class

Rebates may be available from private health funds.

You can now book your Bumpity Bump Pregnancy Pilates classes via our book online page at group sessions, select "Pregnancy Yoga Class" then select the date you would like to attend and book in.

If your preferred class is not visible it may be FULL so please contact us and we can check availability for you.

Please also check our online bookings regularly in case a class placement becomes available from a cancellation.


We strongly recommend all of our mums to book a Pregnancy Pelvic Floor INITIAL Consultation at Bumpity Bump Physio where we will do a full Continence & Pelvic Health Assessment to check your pelvic floor muscle technique and to make sure your body is ready for exercise. Any concerns that we have we can liaise directly with your medical or health team.
